One of my favorite story tropes is someone who wants a child so much they’ll do anything to get one - and one of my favorite things about Monster High is the familial context of these old sci-fi and horror characters. If this were a fairy tale, Frankie’s and Robecca’s parents might have wished really really hard, or maybe made a deal with a witch. Since it’s sci-fi/horror, they made their daughters from scratch! I just have a lot of fun with this stuff man.
